Plastic recycling has been part of our company's professional foundations for more than two decades. Our commitment to sustainability still shapes how we work: we use recycled raw materials in the production of many of our products, and we continuously strive to reduce our environmental impact. We started out in plastics and recycling. Today we work in three fields, with the same care.

ETILEN 95 Kft. is a 100% Hungarian-owned company with more than 25 years of professional experience. The business started in 1995, and since 1998 our company has been operating as a stable and reliable partner on Hungarian and international markets.
Our company built its professional foundations in the plastics industry and plastic recycling. Although our activities have expanded significantly over the years, the responsible use of resources and environmentally conscious thinking remain one of our key principles. Sustainability matters to us, which is why a significant share of the products we manufacture and sell, in some product groups more than 50%, is made using recycled raw materials.
Building on decades of experience in the plastics industry, we keep expanding our activities with new products and business areas. Today our portfolio focuses on three main areas:

Our road safety range includes delineator posts, flexible systems, snow poles, reflectors, reflective elements, snow fences and wildlife nets, and other infrastructure solutions. In plastics and packaging we offer plastic bags, films, packaging materials and other industrial packaging solutions. Our machinery division supports partners with sales of new and used industrial equipment and related technical support.
Our operations are built on reliability, documented quality, long-term partnerships and responsible corporate governance. By applying ISO 9001 quality management and ISO 14001 environmental management systems, certified since 2008, we aim for continuous improvement, high-standard operations and a lower environmental impact.
Waste management partnerships and independent operation
In earlier periods of the Hungarian waste collection and recovery system, the company worked with several coordinating organisations, including Remoplast, Öko-Pannon and Biomark. These schemes supported the organised collection and recovery of plastic waste through post-financing.
The earlier system of coordinating organisations was later replaced by the tender system of the National Waste Management Agency (OHÜ). Under this scheme, applicants had to specify their committed recovery volumes in advance.
